Volunteer duties:
Volunteers will be assigned to various locations in Horseshoe Bay and at the field of Gleneagles Elementary School on Marine Drive.
Here are the various volunteer positions and responsibilities:
Location 1- Gleneagles Parking Area
Responsibilities of volunteers at this site: Organizing Vendor and Guest Parking.
Volunteer 1: 7:00 am – 11:00 am (4hrs)
Volunteer 2: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm (4hrs)
Location 2 A – Sanctuary (Market Area)
Responsibilities of volunteers at this site: Set up for market (3) and take down (4)
Volunteer 3: 6:30 am – 9:30 am (3hrs)
Volunteer 4: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (1hr)
These are the dates that volunteers are needed:
June: 13th, 20th, 27th
July: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
August: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
September: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
October: 3rd, 10th
